Spend the evening investigating one of Jackson’s most talked-about historic homes.
The night begins with a guided cemetery tour at 7:00 PM, exploring the lives and stories of those connected to the area. At 8:00 PM, we move inside Bethany’s Home Sweet Haunted Home for a hands-on paranormal investigation.
Named one of the most haunted places in America by Forbes, the property carries a well-documented past shaped by vice, survival, and constant change. Originally operating as a brothel before transitioning into a boarding house, it remained tied to illegal drinking activity well beyond Prohibition. Its history includes documented murder, unexplained drownings, and deaths connected to nearby mine disasters.
Guests will investigate alongside the CalaSCAREus team using a variety of equipment and techniques. You are welcome to bring your own tools, though equipment will be available.

Extend your experience with a limited overnight stay inside Bethany’s Home Sweet Haunted Home, with continued access to investigate on your own throughout the night.
Each booking includes a private room for up to two guests. Additional guests may be added for $30 per person, where space allows.
Rooms are assigned based on group size, with larger groups placed in rooms that can accommodate additional guests.

While we provide basic paranormal investigation equipment for all out guests, for this tour we will use state-of-the-art paranormal detection tools such as our flux, EMF tripwire, Onvoy, and other equipment that will help to interact with the otherworldly residents.
